Because historically many American companies were 100% white and controlled all the financial and political power. We never had a homogenous Asian or black majority in our society, so there is an attempt here to make up for hundreds of years of segregation where black people were not allowed in the office, the church, the restaurant etc, simply because they were black.
Well, diversity efforts at Microsoft China were trying to move away from the 100% Chinese office. Of course, that being China meant a few foreigners here and there. Some effort really pays off in a very homogeneous environment.
Just as Obama will never be impeached, imprisoned, or in any other way brought to justice for his atrocities committed against the Constitution, the people in the highest offices responsible for the torture will never see punishment. Rightly so I say, there is nothing wrong with interrogating terrorists.
I hope you're joking. Mainly because this line of thinking is easily shown to be slippery. Sure, let's say interrogating terrorists is always good. But what defines a terrorist? All of a sudden black and white becomes a murk, once again.
I support Gamergate and do not like SJWs or their movement, but Reddit is not run by or even heavily influenced by SJWs for the most part. The ruthless shadowbanning of people discussing Gamergate was mostly due to very poor research and reasoning by the admins, and the misinformed belief that some subreddits were being raided by 4chan.
SJWs are still mostly a fringe group. In fact, reddit actually fired one of its admins a few months ago for going full-SJW and being clearly very biased towards /r/SRS.
Now, some mods in some of the big subreddits lean a little more left or right politically. The userbase in general is not "extreme left" though, much more center left. Search reddit for IA's and thunderf00t's latest videos and you'll see serious support and upvotes in almost all subreddits.
No offense, but this conspiracy theory mongering just makes this whole thing even harder to debate.
