I can answer this for AngularDart. That one is used for AdWords, AdSense, AdMob — these 3 alone bring 75%+ of Google's revenue —, a company-wide CRM, Fiber, Shopping Express, Wing, ...
No Gmail, Calendar, Docs, or any other consumer app so far.
