Long story short, have a corporation that did maybe ~$50k USD in revenue but hasn't filed taxes the last two years, and isn't in good standing with Delaware for not filing franchise fees.

Basically, a startup that failed.

Looking for service that will handle A -> Z getting this all sorted out and finally put to rest.
