While I see plenty of reports of divers pulling scooters from bodies of water, these are usually divers employed by the local sheriff's office or fire department. It seems like the insurance/liability issues involved would be limiting for your average "gig economy" company..

That said, walk into any marina and you'd have plenty of gigs cleaning hulls..
