Designers who understand and can produce deliverables using HTML/CSS are rare but very valuable.
Most designers produce deliverables as PhotoShop PSD or Illustrator AI files. Then those files have to be cut up and turned into HTML/CSS files. Often another "publisher" person was in charge of just this task.
Some old-school designers are not even used to the dynamic nature of the web (responsive widths/heights) and styles for focus/hover/etc.
A designer who also knows JS and maybe even a framework like Svelte or React... now that would be amazing!
