Is it possible to be a founder and still have a normal relationship with your kids? It seems to be taken for granted that in order for a startup to succeed, Founders must work 24/7 sacrificing all else (except running and sleeping). Are there founders out there who have managed to start a business and it not end in divorce and/or neglected children?
